Hadith 563
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، قَالَ : أَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، ح وَثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ : يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تَنَاجَشُوا ، وَلا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ ، وَلا يَبِعِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلا يَخْطُبِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاقَ أُخْتِهَا " .
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not practice najsh (deception by bidding to raise the price), no townsman should sell for a villager, no man should make a deal over his (Muslim) brother's deal, no one should propose over his (Muslim) brother's proposal, and no woman should demand the divorce of her (Muslim) sister."
