Hadith 507
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا عُبَيْدَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : ثَنِي مَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِر ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : " وَقَصَتْ بِرَجُلٍ نَاقَتُهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَمَاتَ ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُكَفَّنَ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ وَيُغَسَّلَ ، وَلا يُغَطَّى وَجْهُهُ ، وَلا يَمَسَّ طِيبًا ، فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُلَبِّي " .
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that a man was in the state of Ihram when his she-camel broke his neck and he died. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) ordered that he be shrouded in his two garments, given a bath, but his face should not be covered, nor should he be perfumed, because he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah.
