Hadith 494
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَزِيرٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ الأَزْرَقِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لأَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَدِّثْنِي عَنْ شَيْءٍ عَقَلْتَهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " أَيْنَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ ؟ قَالَ : بِمِنًى ، قُلْتُ : فَأَيْنَ الْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ ؟ قَالَ : بِالأَبْطَحِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : فَعَلَ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ أُمَرَاؤُكَ " .
Abdul Aziz bin Rafi’ says: I asked Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): Tell me what you learned from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), where did he offer the Zuhr prayer on the Day of Tarwiyah (8th Dhul-Hijjah)? He replied: At Mina. I asked: Where did he offer the Asr prayer on the Day of Nafr? He replied: At Abtah. Then he said: You should also do as your leaders do.
