حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْعِجْلِيُّ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " رَحِمَ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ ، قَالُوا : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : رَحِمَ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ ، قَالُوا : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ ، قَالُوا : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ ؟ قَالَ : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: «اللہ سر منڈوانے والوں پر رحم فرمائے۔» The people said: O Messenger of Allah! Pray for those who trim their hair as well. He said: «اللہ سر منڈوانے والوں پر رحم فرمائے۔» The people said: O Messenger of Allah! Pray for those who trim their hair as well. He said: «اللہ سر منڈوانے والوں پر رحم فرمائے۔» The people said: O Messenger of Allah! Pray for those who trim their hair as well. He said: «اور بال کتروانے والوں پر بھی اللہ رحم فرمائے۔»
