Hadith 472

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : " كُنْتُ أَنَا مِمَّنْ قَدَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ فِي ضَعَفَةِ أَهْلِهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that I was among those weak people whom the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent ahead from Muzdalifah (so that they could be spared from hardship).
