Hadith 446
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، قَالا : ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، وَالْحَدِيثُ لابْنِ الْمُقْرِئِ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : " تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَيْمُونَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " فَأَخْبَرْتُ بِهِ الزُّهْرِيَّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الأَصَمِّ وَهِيَ خَالَتُهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلالٌ وَهِيَ حَلالٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) while he was in the state of ihram. Amr says: I related this to Zuhri, so he said: Yazid bin Asam informed me, who is the nephew of Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married her when both he and Lady Maymunah were not in the state of ihram.
