Hadith 345
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْوَهْبِيُّ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطِيبًا ، فَقَالَ : " لا تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُهُمْ إِلا فِي دُورِهِمْ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a sermon to us while standing and said: The zakat of the people should be collected by going to their homes.
