باب القراءة وراء الإمامReciting behind the imam
Hadith 322
حَدَّثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، وَيُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : ثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " إِذَا أَمَّنَ الإِمَامُ فَأَمِّنُوا ، فَإِنَّ الْمَلائِكَةَ تُؤَمِّنُ ، فَمَنْ وَافَقَ تَأْمِينُهُ تَأْمِينَ الْمَلائِكَةِ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: When the Imam says Ameen, you should also say Ameen, because the angels also say Ameen. Whoever's Ameen coincides with the Ameen of the angels, his previous sins will be forgiven.
