باب النهي عن تحريق ذوات الروحProhibition of burning living beings
Hadith 1057
حَدَّثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْخَوْلانِيُّ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَعْثٍ ، وَقَالَ : " إِنْ وَجَدْتُمْ فُلانًا وَفُلانًا لِرَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَأَحْرِقُوهُمَا بِالنَّارِ " ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ أَرَدْنَا الْخُرُوجَ : " إِنِّي كُنْتُ أَمَرْتُكُمْ أَنْ تُحْرِقُوا فُلانًا وَفُلانًا بِالنَّارِ ، وَإِنَّ النَّارَ لا يُعَذِّبُ بِهَا إِلا اللَّهُ ، فَإِنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُمَا فَاقْتُلُوهُمَا " .
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent us on an expedition and said: If you find such and such two Qurayshi men, burn them in the fire. Then, when we were about to depart, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I had ordered you to burn such and such people in the fire, but only Allah can punish with fire. If you find them, then kill them.
