Sayyiduna Atiyyah Qurashi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that on the day of the Battle of Banu Qurayzah, they (the Companions) would look at the pubic hair; whoever had grown hair, they would kill him, and whoever had not grown hair, they would leave him. They looked at me, and since I had not grown hair, they left me.
