باب النهي عن قتل النساء والولدانProhibition of killing women and children
Hadith 1043
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَخْبَرَهُ " أَنَّ امْرَأَةً وُجِدَتْ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَقْتُولَةً ، فَأَنْكَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَتْلَ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that in one of the battles of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), a slain woman was found, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children.
