باب الجعل على الغزوReward for fighting
Hadith 1039
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : ثني اللَّيْثُ ، قَالَ : ثني حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُفَيٍّ ، عَنْ شُفَيٍّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " قَفْلَةٌ كَغَزْوَةٍ ، وَقَالَ : لِلْغَازِي أَجْرُهُ ، وَلِلْجَاعِلِ أَجْرُهُ وَأَجْرُ الْغَازِي " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Returning from jihad is like jihad itself." He (peace be upon him) also said: "The mujahid will receive only his own reward, whereas the one who equips him will receive his own reward as well as the reward of the mujahid."
