باب ما جاء في الأحكامWhat is reported about judgments
Hadith 1020
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَ أَحَدُكُمْ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَغْرِزَ خَشَبَةً فِي حَائِطٍ فَلا يَمْنَعْهُ " ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَدِيثَهُ طَأْطَئُوا رُءُوسَهُمْ ، قَالَ : مَالِي أَرَاكُمْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ ، وَاللَّهِ لأَرْمِيَنَّهَا بَيْنَ أَكْتَافِكُمْ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When someone asks his neighbor for permission to place wood (such as a beam, etc.) on his wall, he should not prevent him. When Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) finished his narration, the listeners lowered their heads. He said: What is the matter, I see that you are turning away from this? By Allah! I will certainly convey it among your shoulders.
