Hadith 1861
1861 صحيح حديث ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: مِنْ شِرَارِ النَّاسِ مَنْ تُدْرِكُهُمُ السَّاعَةُ وَهُمْ أَحْيَاءٌ
Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that among the most wretched of people will be those in whose lifetime the Day of Judgment will occur.
Hadith 1862
1862 صحيح حديث سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ هكَذَا، بِالْوُسْطَى وَالَّتِي تَلِي الإِبْهَامَ بُعِثْتُ وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ
Hazrat Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) indicating with his middle finger and the finger next to the thumb, saying: “I have been sent at such a time that there is only as much interval between me and the Hour as between these two (fingers).”
Hadith 1863
1863 صحيح حديث أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: بُعِثْتُ وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ
Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I and the Hour (of Resurrection) have been sent like these two (fingers, close together)."
