Hazrat Uqbah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said to Hazrat Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him), "Will you not narrate to us that hadith which you heard from the Messenger of Allah?" Hazrat Hudhaifah said, "I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: When the Dajjal appears, he will have both fire and water with him. But what people will see as fire will actually be cool water, and what people will see as cool water will actually be burning fire. Therefore, whoever among you encounters that time should fall into what appears to be fire, for that will in fact be extremely sweet and cool water."

Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Should I not tell you something about the Dajjal which no prophet has told his people until now? He will be one-eyed and will bring something resembling Paradise and Hell. So whatever he calls Paradise will in fact be Hell, and I warn you against his trial just as Noah (peace be upon him) warned his people.
