Hadith 1784
1784 صحيح حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: انْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شِقَّتَيْنِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: اشْهَدُوا
Narrated Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): In the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the moon was split into two pieces. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "People, bear witness to this."
Hadith 1785
1785 صحيح حديث أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ سَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُرِيَهُمْ آيَةً فَأَرَاهُمُ انْشِقَاقَ الْقَمَرِ
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the people of Makkah asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to show them a miracle, so he showed them the miracle of the splitting of the moon, that is, the moon was split apart.
Hadith 1786
1786 صحيح حديث ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ الْقَمَرَ انْشَقَّ فِي زَمَانِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the moon was split into two parts.
