Hadith 1674
1674 صحيح حَدِيثُ أُمِّ كُلْثُومٍ بِنْتِ عُقْبَةَ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ الله صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: «لَيْسَ الكَذَّابُ الذِي يُصْلِحُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ، فَيَنْمِي خَيْرًا، أَوْ يَقُولُ خَيْرًا»
Hazrat Umm Kulthum bint Uqbah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: He is not a liar who tries to make peace between people and, for that purpose, conveys something good or says something good related to it.
