Hadith 1658
1658 صحيح حَدِيثُ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ رَسُولَ الله صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لاَ تَبَاغَضُوا، وَلاَ تَحَاسَدُوا، وَلاَ تَدَابَرُوا. وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ الله إِخْوَاناً. وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ»
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not bear malice against one another, do not envy one another, do not backbite one another, but be servants of Allah as brothers to each other. And it is not permissible for a Muslim to abandon speaking to his brother for more than three days.
