Hadith 1642
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: You will find people to be like mines (of gold and silver, in goodness and badness). Those who were the best and possessed good qualities in the time of ignorance are the best and possess good qualities in Islam as well, provided they acquire understanding of the religion. And you will find that the one most suitable for leadership and authority is the one who dislikes it the most. And among people, the worst is the double-faced person, who comes to some people with one face and to others with another face.
