Hadith 1625
1625 صحيح حديث أَبِي مُوسى قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنِّي لأَعْرِفُ أَصْوَاتَ رُفْقَةِ الأَشْعَرِيِّينَ بِالْقُرْآنِ حِينَ يَدْخُلُونَ بِاللَّيْلِ، وَأَعْرِفُ مَنَازِلَهُمْ مِنْ أَصْوَاتِهِمْ بِالْقُرْآنِ بِاللَّيْلِ، وَإِنْ كُنْتُ لَمْ أَرَ مَنَازِلَهُمْ حِينَ نَزَلُوا بِالنَّهَارِ وَمِنْهُمْ حَكِيمٌ، إِذَا لَقِيَ الْخَيْلَ (أَوْ قَالَ) الْعَدُوَّ، قَالَ لَهُمْ إِنَّ أَصْحَابِي يَأمُرُونَكُمْ أَنْ تَنْظُرُوهُمْ
Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When my Ash‘ari companions come at night, I recognize them by the sound of their recitation of the Qur’an, even though during the day I may not have seen their dwellings. But when at night they recite the Qur’an, I recognize their dwellings by their voices. Among these Ash‘ari companions of mine, there is a wise man who, when he encounters riders somewhere—or he (the Prophet) said: with the enemy—he says to them: My friends have said that you should wait for them for a little while.
Hadith 1626
1626 صحيح حديث أَبِي مُوسى، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنَّ الأَشْعَرِيِّينَ إِذَا أَرْمَلُوا فِي الْغَزْوِ، أَوْ قَلَّ طَعَامُ عِيَالِهِمْ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، جَمَعُوا مَا كَانَ عِنْدَهُمْ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ، ثُمَّ اقْتَسَمُوهُ بَيْنَهُمْ، فِي إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ فَهُمْ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُمْ
Hazrat Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the people of the Ash'ar tribe run short of provisions during a campaign, or when the food for their families in Madinah becomes scarce, whatever provisions they have, they gather them together in a cloth and then distribute them among themselves equally in one container. So they are from me and I am from them.
