Hadith 1443
1443 صحيح حديث أُمِّ شَرِيكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهَا بِقَتْلِ الأَوْزَاغِ
Hazrat Umm Sharik (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the killing of the gecko.
Hadith 1444
1444 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ لِلْوَزَغِ فُوَيْسِقٌ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهِ
The purified wife of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called the lizard harmful, but I did not hear from him that he ordered it to be killed.
