Hadith 1324
1324 صحيح حديث أَنَسٍ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: إِنَّ خَيَّاطًا دَعَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِطَعَامٍ صَنَعَهُ قَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ: فَذَهَبْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، إِلَى ذَلِكَ الطَّعَامِ، فَقَرَّبَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، خُبْزًا وَمَرَقًا فِيهِ دُبَّاءٌ وَقَدِيدٌ فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَتَتَبَّعُ الدُّبَّاءَ مِنْ حَوَالَيِ الْقَصْعَةِ قَالَ: فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أُحِبُّ الدُّبَّاءَ مِنْ يَوْمَئِذٍ
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a tailor invited the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to a meal. Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said that I also went with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to that invitation. The tailor presented bread and broth, in which there were pieces of gourd and roasted meat, before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). I saw that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was searching for pieces of gourd in the bowl. From that day, I also began to like gourd continuously.
