Hadith 1129
1129 صحيح حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَغَارَ عَلَى بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ وَهُمْ غَارُّونَ، وَأَنْعَامُهُمْ تُسْقَى عَلَى الْمَاءِ، فَقَتَلَ مُقَاتِلَتَهُمْ، وَسَبَى ذَرَارِيَّهُمْ، وَأَصَابَ يَوْمَئِذٍ جُوَيْرِيَةَ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْجَيْشِ
Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that when the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) attacked Banu al-Mustaliq, they were completely unaware and their cattle were drinking water. Their fighting men were killed, and the women and children were taken captive. Among those captives was Juwayriya (may Allah be pleased with her) (the Mother of the Believers). Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) himself was also with the Muslim army.
