Hadith 1112
1112 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ: الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَالبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no compensation for harm caused by an animal, and the same applies to a well, and the same applies to a mine, and one-fifth is to be taken from buried treasure (rikaz).
