Hadith 1092
1092 صحيح حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لاَ ُتقْتَلُ نَفْسٌ ظُلْمًا إِلاَّ كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدمَ الأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا، لأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَن سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ
Narrated Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whenever a person is killed unjustly, a sin for that killing is also written in the record of Adam's (peace be upon him) first son (Qabil), because he was the first to establish the practice of unlawful killing.
