Hadith 1036
1036 صحيح حديث جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَضى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted the right of pre-emption in everything that had not yet been divided, but when boundaries were set and the paths were separated, then the right of pre-emption no longer remained.
