Hadith 1035
1035 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: الْحَلِفُ مَنْفَقَةٌ لِلسِّلْعَةِ، مَمْحَقَةٌ لِلْبَرَكَةِ
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I myself heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: (When selling goods, the shopkeeper's) swearing an oath makes the goods sell quickly, but that oath destroys the blessing.
