Hadith Takhrij«صحیح، أخرجه البخاري في: 30 كتاب الصوم: 67 باب الصوم يوم النحر»
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade two types of clothing and two types of transactions. In transactions, he forbade mulamasah and munabadhah. The form of mulamasah was that a person (the buyer) would merely touch the garment of another (the seller) at any time, day or night (and the sale would be concluded just by touching, without seeing it). Only touching was sufficient; it was not opened and inspected. The form of munabadhah was that a person would throw his garment towards another, and the other would throw his garment, and without seeing and without mutual consent, the sale would be concluded just by this act. And regarding the two garments (which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade to wear): one is ishtimal as-samma'. The form of samma' was that a person would drape his garment (a sheet) over one shoulder in such a way that one side (the private parts) would become exposed, and there would be no other garment covering it. The method of the second garment was that, while sitting, a person would tie his waist and thighs with one garment, and there would be no garment over the private parts.
