Hadith 908
908 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةُ رِفَاعَةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَتْ: كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رِفَاعَةَ فَطَلَّقَنِي، فَأَبَتَّ طَلاَقِي، فَتَزَوَّجْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمنِ بْنَ الزَّبِيرِ، إِنَّمَا مَعَهُ مِثْلُ هُدْبَةِ الثَّوْبِ، فَقَالَ: أَتُرِيدِينَ أَنْ تَرْجِعِي إِلَى رِفَاعَةَ لاَ، حَتَّى تَذُوقِي عُسَيْلَتَهُ وَيَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَكِ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ جَالِسٌ عِنْدَهُ، وَخَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ بِالْبَابِ يَنْتَظِرُ أَنْ يُؤذَنَ لَهُ فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا بَكَرٍ أَلاَ تَسْمَعُ إِلَى هذِهِ، مَا تَجْهَرُ بِهِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the wife of Rifa’ah Al-Qurazi (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: I was married to Rifa’ah, then he divorced me, a final irrevocable divorce. Then I married Abdur Rahman bin Zubair, but he has (a private part) like the knot of a garment. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: Do you want to return to Rifa’ah? But you cannot marry him until you have tasted the pleasure of Abdur Rahman bin Zubair and he has tasted your pleasure. At that time, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) was present in the service of the Prophet, and Sayyiduna Khalid bin Sa’id bin Al-As was at the door waiting for permission to enter. He said: Abu Bakr, do you not see this woman, how loudly she is speaking in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?
Hadith 909
909 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلاَثًا، فَتَزَوَّجَتْ، فَطَلَّقَ؛ فَسُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَتَحِلُّ لِلأَوَّلِ قَالَ: لاَ، حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا كَمَا ذَاقَ الأَوَّلُ
Narrated by Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): A man gave his wife three divorces. His wife then married another man, but the second husband also divorced her (before consummation). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked whether the first husband was now lawful for her (so that he could remarry her). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No, not until the second husband tastes her sweetness as the first one tasted.
