Hadith 862
862 صحيح حديث أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ الْمِغْفَرُ، فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ ابْنَ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ، فَقَالَ: اقْتُلُوهُ
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) entered Makkah, he was wearing a helmet on his head. When he removed it, a man came and informed him that Ibn Khatal was hanging onto the curtains of the Ka'bah. The Prophet said, "Kill him."
