Hadith 835
835 صحيح حديث ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: أُمِرَ النَّاسُ أَنْ يَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِمْ بِالْبَيْتِ، إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ خُفِّفَ عَنِ الْحَائِضِ
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the people were commanded that their last act (before leaving Makkah) should be with the House of Allah (i.e., to perform the Farewell Tawaf), except for the menstruating woman, from whom this was excused.
Hadith 836
836 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيٍّ قَدْ حَاضَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لَعَلَّهَا تَحْبِسُنَا، أَلَمْ تَكُنْ طَافَتْ مَعَكُنَّ فَقَالُوا: بَلَى؛ قَالَ: فَاخْرُجِي
The purified wife of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), said to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): O Messenger of Allah, Safiyyah bint Huyayy (may Allah be pleased with her) has begun menstruating (during Hajj). The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Perhaps she will detain us. Did she not perform the Tawaf (Ziyarah) with you? The women replied: She has done so. Upon this, he said: Then depart.
Hadith 837
837 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: حَاضَتْ صَفِيَّةُ لَيْلَةَ النَّفْرِ، فَقَالَتْ: مَا أُرَانِي إِلاَّ حَابِسَتَكُمْ؛ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : عَقْرَى حَلْقَى أَطَافَتْ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ قِيلَ: نَعَمْ قَالَ: فَانْفِرِى
Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that on the night of departure from Mecca, Sayyida Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) was menstruating. She said, "It seems I will be the cause for these people to stay." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Aqra Halqa! Did you perform the Tawaf al-Ziyarah on the day of sacrifice?" She replied, "Yes, I have done it." He said, "Then proceed."
