828 صحيح حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: اسْتَأْذَنَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رضي الله عنه رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَبِيتَ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَايَتِهِ، فَأَذِنَ لَهُ
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that Sayyiduna Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), son of Abdul Muttalib, sought permission from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to stay in Makkah during the days of Mina in order to provide (Zamzam) water to the pilgrims, so he granted him permission.
