Hadith 380
380 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: تَفْضُلُ صَلاَةُ الْجَمِيعِ صَلاَةَ أَحَدِكُمْ وَحْدَهُ بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ جُزْءًا، وتَجْتَمِعُ مَلاَئِكَةُ اللَّيْلِ وَمَلاَئِكَةُ النَّهَارِ فِي صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: فَاقْرَءُوا إِنْ شِئْتُمْ (إِنَّ قُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًا)
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that I heard from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Congregational prayer is twenty-five degrees better than praying alone, and the angels of the night and day gather at the Fajr prayer. Then Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If you wish to recite, then recite this verse from (Bani Isra'il 78), that is, the angels are present at the recitation of the Holy Qur'an in Fajr.
Hadith 381
381 صحيح حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: صَلاَةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ تَفْضُلُ صَلاَةَ الْفَذِّ بِسَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The prayer in congregation is superior to the prayer offered alone by twenty-seven degrees.
Hadith 382
382 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ بِحَطَبٍ فَيُحْطَبَ، ثُمَّ آمُرَ بِالصَّلاَةِ فَيُؤَذَّنَ لَهَا، ثُمَّ آمُرَ ُرَجُلاً فَيَؤُم النَّاسَ، ثُمَّ أُخَالِفَ إِلَى رِجَالٍ فَأُحَرِّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ بُيُوتَهُمْ، وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ يَعْلَمُ أَحَدُهُمْ أَنَّهُ يَجِدُ عَرْقًا سَمِينًا، أَوْ مِرْمَاتَيْنِ حَسَنَتَيْنِ لَشَهِدَ الْعِشَاءَ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, I had intended to order for the collection of firewood, then command for the prayer to be established, then appoint someone to lead the people in prayer, and I would go to those men (who do not attend the congregational prayer) and burn their houses down upon them. By Him in Whose hand is my soul, if those who do not participate in the congregation knew that they would find a meaty bone or two fine hoofs in the mosque, they would surely attend the ‘Isha congregation in the mosque.
Hadith 383
383 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لَيْسَ صَلاَةٌ أَثْقَلَ عَلَى الْمُنَافِقِينَ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ وَالْعِشَاءِ، وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِيهِمَا لأَتَوْهُمَا وَلَوْ حَبْوًا، لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ الْمُؤَذِّنَ فَيُقِيمَ ثُمَّ آمُرَ رَجُلاً يَؤُمُّ النَّاسَ، ثُمَّ آخُذُ شُعَلاً مِنْ نَارٍ فَأُحَرِّقَ عَلَى مَنْ لاَ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ بَعْدُ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The most burdensome prayers for the hypocrites are the Fajr and ‘Isha prayers, and if they knew how great their reward is (and they could not walk), they would come crawling on their knees. And I had intended to order the mu’adhdhin to pronounce the iqamah, then appoint someone to lead the prayer, and I would go with firebrands to burn the houses of those who had not yet come out for the prayer.
