Hadith 294
294 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ سَائِلاً سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ فِي ثَوبٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَوَلِكُلِّكُمْ ثَوْبَانِ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a questioner asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about praying in a single garment, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (There is nothing wrong with it.) Is it that every one of you has two garments?
Hadith 295
295 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لاَ يُصَلِّي أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ لَيْسَ عَلَى عَاتِقَيْهِ شَيْءٌ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No person should offer prayer in a single garment in such a way that nothing is on his shoulders.
Hadith 296
296 صحيح حديث عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُشْتَمِلاً بِهِ، فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، وَاضِعًا طَرَفَيْهِ عَلَى عَاتِقَيْهِ
Sayyiduna Umar bin Abi Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in the house of Sayyidah Umm Salamah, wrapped in a single garment, with its two ends thrown over his two shoulders.
Hadith 297
297 صحيح حديث جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ: رَأَيْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ، وَقَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ
Muhammad bin Munkadir (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that I saw Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) praying in a single garment, and he informed me that he had seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also praying in a single garment.
