Hadith 288
288 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي وَهِيَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ عَلَى فِرَاشِ أَهْلِهِ اعْتِرَاضَ الْجَنَازَةِ
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray on his bedding at home, and I would be lying between him and the Qiblah in such a way as a bier (for funeral prayer) is placed.
Hadith 289
289 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: كَانَ النَبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا رَاقِدَةٌ مُعْتَرِضَةٌ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ، فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ أَيْقَظَنِي فَأَوْتَرْتُ
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would continue to pray, and I would be lying across his bed in front of him. When he wished to perform Witr, he would wake me up as well, and I would also perform Witr.
Hadith 290
290 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهَا (عَائِشَةَ) مَا يَقْطَعُ الصَّلاَةَ، الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ فَقَالَتْ: شَبَّهْتُمُونَا بالْحُمُر وَالْكِلاَب وَاللهِ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَإِنِّي عَلَى السَرِيرِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقبْلَةِ، مُضْطَجِعَةً، فَتَبْدو لِي الْحَاجَةُ فَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَجْلِسَ فأُوذِيَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَنْسَلُّ مِنْ عِنْد رِجْلَيْهِ
Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that in the presence of Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), mention was made of those things which invalidate the prayer, namely a dog, a donkey, and a woman. Upon this, Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "You have equated us with donkeys and dogs! By Allah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray while I would be lying on the bed between him and the Qiblah. If I needed something, and since I did not like to sit up in front of him (while he was praying) and thus cause him discomfort, I would quietly slip away from the side of his feet."
Hadith 291
291 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: أَعَدَلْتُمُونَا بِالْكَلْبِ وَالْحِمَارِ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي مُضْطَجِعَةً عَلَى السَّرِيرِ فَيَجِيءُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَيتَوَسَّطُ السَّرِيرَ، فَيُصَلِّي، فَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أُسَنِّحَهُ فَأَنْسَلُّ مِنْ قِبَلِ رِجْلِي السَّرِيرِ حَتَّى أنْسَلَّ مِنْ لِحَافِي
Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that you people have made us women equal to dogs and donkeys, whereas I used to be lying on the bed and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would come and stand in the middle of the bed (or place the bed between himself and the Qiblah), then he would pray. I used to feel it improper to remain lying in front of him, so I would slip away from the foot of the bed and come out from under the blanket.
Hadith 292
292 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ أَنَامُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرِجْلاَيَ فِي قِبْلَتِهِ، فَإِذَا سَجَدَ غَمَزَنِي فَقَبَضْتُ رِجْلَيَّ، فَإِذَا قَامَ بَسَطْتُهُمَا قَالَتْ: والْبُيُوتُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَيْسَ فِيهَا مَصَابِيحُ
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I used to sleep in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and my feet would be in front of him (stretched out). When he would go into prostration, he would gently press my feet and I would draw them in, then when he stood up, I would stretch them out again. At that time, there were no lamps in the houses.
Hadith 293
293 صحيح حديث مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا حِذَاءَهُ، وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، وَرُبَّمَا أَصَابَنِي ثَوْبُهُ إِذَا سَجَدَ
Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) said that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray while I, despite being in menstruation, would be in front of him. Often, when he performed prostration, his garment would touch me.
