Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that children used to be brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he would pray for them. Once, a child was brought and he urinated on the Prophet’s clothes. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called for water and poured it over the place of urine, but did not wash the garment.

Sayyida Umm Qais bint Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I brought my small child, who did not eat food (i.e., was an infant), to the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) seated him in his lap, and the child urinated on his clothes. He called for water, sprinkled it over the clothes, and did not wash them.
