Hadith 31
31 صحيح حديثُ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَبي مَسْعودٍ قَالَ: أَشارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ نَحْوَ الْيَمَنِ فَقالَ: الإِيمانُ يَمانٍ هَهنا، أَلا إِنَّ الْقَسْوَةَ وَغِلَظَ الْقُلُوبِ في الْفَدَّادِينَ عِنْدَ أُصولِ أَذْنابِ الإِبْلِ حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنا الشَّيْطانِ في رَبيعَةَ وَمُضَرَ
Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amr Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed with his hand towards Yemen and said: "Indeed, faith is over there, in Yemen. Yes, and harshness and hard-heartedness are among those people who drive the camels by holding their tails, from where the horns of Satan will appear, that is, among the tribes of Rabi'ah and Mudar."
Hadith 32
32 صحيح حديث أَبي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: أَتاكُمْ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ، أَضْعَف قُلوبًا، وَأَرَقُّ أَفْئِدَةً، الْفِقْهُ يَمانٍ وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمانِيَةٌ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The people of Yemen have come to you; they are soft-hearted and tender-hearted. Understanding of religion is among the people of Yemen, and wisdom is also from Yemen."
Hadith 33
33 صحيح حديث أَبي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: رَأْسُ الْكُفْرِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ، وَالْفَخْرُ وَالْخُيَلاءُ في أَهْلِ الْخَيْلِ وَالإِبِلِ وَالْفَدَّادينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ، وَالسَّكينَةُ في أَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The peak of disbelief is in the East, and pride and arrogance are found among those who keep horses, camels, and landowners, who are usually the inhabitants of villages, while tranquility is found among those who keep goats."
Hadith 34
34 صحيح حديث أَبي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: الْفَخْر وَالْخُيَلاءُ في الْفَدَّادينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ، وَالسَّكينَةُ في أَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ، وَالإِيمانُ يَمانٍ، وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمانِيَةٌ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: Pride and arrogance are found among the owners of camels who shout and make noise, while gentleness and tenderness are found among the shepherds of goats. And faith is in Yemen, and wisdom (Hadith) is also Yemeni.
