899 صحيح حديث أَنَسٍ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، رَأَى عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ أَثَرَ صُفْرَةٍ قَالَ: مَا هذَا قَالَ: إِنِّي تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً عَلَى وَزْنِ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، قَالَ: بَارَكَ اللهُ لَكَ، أَوْلِمْ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍ
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a trace of yellow color on Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) and asked, "What is this?" He replied, "I have married a woman for a dowry of gold equal to the weight of a date stone." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "May Allah bless you. Give a wedding feast, even if it is with only one goat."
