Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Muslim women, let not any neighbor look down upon (even) a small gift for her neighbor, even if it is (only) a sheep’s hoof.

Brief Explanation
That is, no neighbor should consider it insignificant to send a present or gift that is in his possession, nor should he hesitate or refrain from doing so. Rather, he should generously give even that small thing, because having something is better than having nothing. And when small amounts are given continuously and regularly, they become much in the end. (Murattib rahimahullah)
