Brief Explanation
A wasq consists of sixty sa’ (sa’), and a sa’ consists of four mudd (mudd), and a mudd, according to the Baghdadi ratl (ratl), is equivalent to 1⅓ ratl. Thus, a wasq amounts to one thousand six hundred Baghdadi ratl. And the Baghdadi ratl is equal to 128 4/7 dirham. (Murattib rahimahullah)
