430 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: مَا أَلْفَاهُ عِنْدِي إِلاَّ نَائمًا تَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that I always found the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) lying down at my place at the time of suhoor (pre-dawn meal).
Brief Explanation
The blessed habit of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) was that after completing the tahajjud (late night prayer), he would rest for a short while at the time of sahar (pre-dawn) before the Fajr prayer. This is what Sayyidah Aisha (radi Allahu anha) is narrating. (Raaz)
