Hadith 397

397 صحيح حديث أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ نَسِيَ صَلاَةً فَلْيُصَلِّ إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا، لاَ كَفَّارَةَ لَهَا إِلاَّ ذلِكَ، (وَأَقِمِ الصَّلاَةَ لِذِكْرِي)
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If anyone forgets to perform a prayer, he should offer it whenever he remembers it. There is no expiation for it except to perform that missed prayer. And (Allah the Exalted has said): Establish prayer for My remembrance.
