Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we were on a journey with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Everyone kept traveling throughout the night. When the time of morning approached, we camped (since we were tired), so everyone slept so deeply that the sun had fully risen. The first to wake up was Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), but when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asleep, he would not wake him until he woke up himself. Then Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) also woke up. Finally, Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) sat near your blessed head and began to say "Allahu Akbar" in a loud voice. With this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) also woke up and ordered to break camp from there (then after traveling some distance) you stopped and led us in the morning prayer. One person remained sitting far away in a corner and did not pray with us. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) finished the prayer, he said to him: "O so-and-so, what prevented you from praying with us?" He replied that he needed to perform ghusl. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to perform tayammum with clean earth (then after tayammum) he also prayed. Sayyiduna Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) says that then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me ahead with a few horsemen (to search for water because) we were extremely thirsty. While we were in this state, we met a woman who was going (riding) with her feet hanging between two water skins. We asked her, "Where can we find water?" She replied, "There is no water here." We asked her, "How far is water from your home?" She replied, "A day's and a night's distance." We said to her, "Alright, come with us to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)." She said, "What does Messenger of Allah mean?" Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) says, finally we brought her to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). She said to him the same thing she had said to us, but added that she was the mother of orphan children (therefore deserving of mercy). By the order of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), her two water skins were taken down and he passed his blessed hand over their mouths. We, forty thirsty men, drank from them to our fill and filled all our water skins and buckets. We only did not give water to the camels, yet her water skins were so full of water that it seemed they would overflow. After this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Bring whatever (food items) you have to me." So pieces of food and dates were gathered and placed before the woman. Then, when she returned to her tribe, she said to her people, "Today I have met the greatest magician, or as (his followers) say, he is truly a Prophet." Eventually, Allah Almighty guided her tribe because of this woman; she herself accepted Islam and all the people of her tribe also accepted Islam.
