Hadith 361

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would perform the ‘Asr prayer, the sun would be high and intensely bright. Then a person would go towards the upper area of Madinah, and even after reaching there, the sun would still be high. (The narrator said that) some places in the upper area of Madinah are situated at about four miles or something like that.
