286 صحيح حديث سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ جِدَارُ الْمَسْجِدِ عِنْدَ الْمِنْبَرِ مَا كَادَتِ الشَّاةُ تَجُوزُهَا
Sayyiduna Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that there was a space between the wall of the mosque and the pulpit equal to the distance that a goat could pass through.

Brief Explanation
Hadith Narrator: The kunyah of Sayyiduna Salamah bin Amr bin Al-Akwa‘ radi Allahu anhu is Abu ‘Amir Aslami. He first participated in (the Treaty of) Hudaybiyyah. He was very brave and could run so fast that he would even outpace horses. He used to issue fatwas (legal verdicts) in Madinah. He passed away in Madinah Munawwarah in 74 AH at the age of 80.
