Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would often recite in prostration and bowing: "Subhanaka Allahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika Allahumma ighfir li" (Glory is to You, O Allah, our Lord, and with Your praise; O Allah, forgive me). (By reciting this supplication) he was acting upon the command of the Qur'an.

Brief Explanation
In light of the command of Surah Nasr (“proclaim the purity of your Lord and seek His forgiveness”), the Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to recite the mentioned supplication in prostration (sujud) and bowing (ruku‘), the translation of which is: “O Allah, I proclaim Your purity along with Your praise; O Allah, forgive me.” In this supplication, all three—tasbih (proclaiming Allah’s purity), tahmid (praising Allah), and istighfar (seeking forgiveness)—are present. Therefore, reciting it in bowing and prostration is superior. (Raaz)
