Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah Ansari رضي الله عنه narrates that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم (before prophethood) was carrying stones with the Quraysh for the construction of the Ka'bah. At that time, he was wearing an izar (waist cloth). His uncle, Sayyiduna Abbas, said, "Nephew, why don't you untie your izar and place it on your shoulder under the stone (so that it becomes easier for you)?" Sayyiduna Jabir said that he untied his izar and placed it on his shoulder. Immediately, he fainted and fell down. After that, he was never seen naked again.
