Hadith 1810

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Hell will keep saying, “Is there any more? Is there any more?” Finally, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, will place His Foot in it, and it will say, “Enough, enough, I am full, by Your honor!” And one part of it will consume another part.

Brief Explanation
The word "qadam" (foot) has appeared in the narration, belief in which is obligatory, and to delve into its reality is an innovation (bid‘ah). It is sufficient to consign the reality of it to the knowledge of Allah. This is the creed of the pious predecessors (salaf saliheen). Allah, the Exalted, is free from all resemblance (tashbih).
