1749 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَمَّا قَضَى اللهُ الْخَلْقَ، كَتَبَ فِي كَتَابِهِ، فهُوَ عِنْدَهُ، فَوْقَ الْعَرْشِ، إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي غَلَبَتْ غَضَبِي
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When Allah Almighty finished creating the creation, He wrote in His Book (the Preserved Tablet), which is with Him above the Throne, that My mercy prevails over My wrath.
