1689 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لاَ يَمُوتُ لِمُسْلِمٍ ثَلاَثَة مِنَ الْوَلَدِ، فَيَلِجُ النَّارَ، إِلاَّ تَحِلَّةَ الْقَسَمِ
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If someone’s three children die, he will not enter Hell, and if he does enter, it will be only to fulfill an oath.
Brief Explanation
Here, it should also be kept in mind that in the hadith, the promise of great reward is mentioned for the death of minor children, not for adults. Although the calamity of the death of an adult, and especially a young child, is the greatest. The reason for this is that children intercede with Allah Ta'ala on behalf of their parents. (Secret)
